Some of my favorite restaurants are Thai, Fuego, and Tratto. I will never forget that! Ricardo was also our pool concierge who reserved our chairs for us every day. Felipe, you are the sweetest and the best server ever! Next, we find our Diamond Pool Concierge, Stephanie who surprised me with the most beautiful bouquet of flowers I've ever received XOXO. Our first stop was to get my hug from Efrain and Felipe, who remembered our favorite breakfast order double shot latte and pecan-almond croissants. Strong hugs go to Carlos and Erick for all of your smiles and assistance and of course Lesley for taking time out of her busy schedule to stop and say hello and see if we needed anything. Our Presidential Suite was amazing with its breathtaking views and gigantic balcony. I arranged a girls' trip that Sun hit all the points needed: Sun, Fun, and Spa! Thanks to Jayro and Claudia for helping me arrange a fabulously relaxing and fun-filled week for the ladies. Where do I begin? My heart is filled with gratitude and warmth, Sun Palace provided my guests and me with another amazing week. I do wish they would put a clothing hook in the bathroom in the rooms Can’t wait for the next stay Jayro is alway helpful and friendly Maria at vip concierge very helpful to us.the Weather was perfect we had excellent service the 2 weeks we stayed at sun. Stephaine and Ricardo (Ricky) pool concierge alway fantastic Aurora at dinner Alejandro and Victor Alejandro made Mayan coffee and it was fantastic they are wonderful waiters We had a absolutely wonderful presidential dinner Abraham and Leonardo was are servers and they were fun and great The sweet coffee shop love Brandon, Brenda, Angelo, they are Friendly and ready to do attitude made my vanilla latte and always had coconut ice cream my favorite.We had the most wonderful Chefs dinner Dario is fantastic the food course were delicious the singer was at the dinner has a beautiful voice such a treat The day trip to Moon Palace was fantastic The spa at sun was I had Jessica for hot stone massage so relaxing and fantastic.I also had a 29 minute massage with Yanely and she was fantastic as well I wish I would of made it for longer had a mani and pedi with Evelio he was excellent I love the nail color with the sparkle.
The service is impeccable Aurora Felipe always friendly and remembers are orders with breakfast top notch waiter. The rooms are great with beautiful views of Caribbean. Stayed at Sun Palace this was a girls trip it was relaxing fun it was fantastic.
